HOW DOES IT WORK?

We use high-end salon & spa’s open appointment slots to book blowout appointments for our members. All you have to do is set the time of your appointment, choose your favorite salons and let us handle the rest :)

Blowout Parties are a little different: Once you've made your booking, your personal Concierge will reach out to you to confirm all of your details and ensure we have your correct shipping information for all of your goodies.

CAN I CHOOSE MY SALON?

Yes! The way we work is simple, when you request an appointment, you are able to choose a time range in which you’d like your appointment to start, for example, 10am - 1pm. From there you will see a list of salons in your area that you can choose from. You can choose anywhere from 1 - 25 of those salons to be saved as your preference and the PRÊTE Concierge will book you at one of them. One thing to note: if you choose only one salon in your area, you may not be able to get that specific appointment time, though we will always do our best to try. If you want one specific salon, it’s best to widen your start time to allow the salon flexibility in booking for you!

WHAT DOES IT COST?

Anyone can buy a package of 1, 3 or 5 blowouts, but as a member, it works a bit differently: our Unlimited Membership is $169 per month and it grants you access to as many blowouts as your heart desires. Get a current member to invite you for access, or request one and be placed on the waiting list.

Blowout Parties are $65 per person.

What about tipping?

Great question! Tipping is very personal, but since you asked, if you really love your blowout we suggest somewhere between $8 - $15. Cash is always preferred :)

WHAT SALONS DO YOU WORK WITH?

We pride ourselves in our salon partners. We only partner with the most thoroughly vetted salons and stylists in each city. We are building out our full directory now but if you'd like a list, please message your Concierge at concierge@prete.co

What if I need to cancel my membership or put it on hold?

In the case you decide you don't like blowouts anymore, we will cancel your membership. Just let us know at least 3 days prior to  your next billing cycle (e.g. if your new billing cycle starts July 25th, let us know July 22nd.) 

Unfortunately, we can't "hold" memberships, so if you do need to go away for a month or two, just let us know and we'll work with you on the best solution!

WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL OR CAN'T MAKE MY APPOINTMENT?

If you can't make your appointment, don't fret, just cancel the appointment within the app.

If you don't show up or cancel within a 12 hour window, there will be a charge of $20 to your account. We have to be sure to respect our stylist's time so that we can continue providing great service to everyone!

What time are salons available?!

Our salon times vary but typically they are open 9am - 6pm. If you need an appointment earlier or later just let your concierge know and we'll see what we can do :)

CAN I SHARE MY MEMBERSHIP?

Sorry babe, our memberships are exclusive to you so there isn't any sharing allowed. But, if you are a member, we put our current member recommendations at the top of the list.

WHAT IF I HAVE HAIR THAT NEEDS SPECIAL ATTENTION?
